    Adam Neal found his rhythm early—at just five years old—when a Christmas gift from his parents set the beat for his future. Growing up in a musical household where his dad and brother played guitar, Adam quickly picked up multiple instruments, but the drums always called him home. By his teens, he was already a professional drummer, diving headfirst into the worlds of metal, rock, and country. Over the years, Adam has powered the rhythm section for numerous bands across the Carolinas.     Drew Bontempo's obssession with percussion started in elementary school when he was 11. He kept it going all thru high-school, doing everything but jazz band. He joined his first serious project at 22 and hasn't stopped powering forward since. His love for technical metal and precision footwork motivates him to continue learning. He's currently playing in Siren's Calling and Rapture Falls. As a father of two, Drew hopes his Passion for Percussion will pass on to his children. He's grateful to join a family centered company with RL Drums and Omete Cymbals.

    Carl David Parrott II has been behind a drum kit since age three, and he’s spent the last 32 years turning rhythm into a weapon. Raised on pots, pans, and pure obsession, he forged his sound through relentless practice and a lifelong study of extreme music. As the drummer and co‑founder of Homicyde, Carl blends groove, brutality, and surgical precision — a sonic assault shaped by Pantera, Death, The Black Dahlia Murder, Trivium, and Gojira. He’s shared stages with heavyweights like Carnifex, Whitechapel, Animals as Leaders, Nile, Cattle Decapitation, and Dying Fetus, while also grinding through tours in multiple genres and building a fully DIY touring machine. For Carl, drumming isn’t passion — it’s survival. It’s the fire that’s kept him alive, and in 2026, he’s hitting harder than ever.     For the past six years, Trenton Guerra has been chasing
    rhythm with intention and grit. His love for performing sparked early while
    playing with Julian Lopez and the Cowboy Diamond Band, and he continued
    building his craft with artists like Carson Miller and the Coastal Cowboys.
    Today, he proudly endorses the RL Drum Company, aligning himself with gear that
    matches his drive and growing presence as a young musician. With his sights set
    on sharpening his technique and launching his own original project, Trenton is
    stepping confidently into the next phase of his musical journey.





  • STEVEN BAUGHMAN

    Steven “Steveo” Baughman is a seasoned percussionist with more than 30 years of experience behind the kit. Beginning private instruction in 1990 and performing in marching, symphonic, and jazz ensembles throughout his education, he built a strong technical foundation that continues to shape his playing today.

    Known in the regional music scene as Cap’n Creep and Uncle Steve, he anchors the rhythm section for three active projects: Creep, The Mighty McGuiggan, and Redline Vendetta.

    With decades of performance, versatility, and dedication to the craft, Steven is now seeking to align his musicianship with RL Drums and Omete Cymbals as a professional affiliate.





  • BLAKE YOUNGER

    Blake is a self-taught progressive drummer with more than 35 years of playing experience. He grew up as the youngest of five children in a middle-class family in North Texas. Unable to afford a drum set at first, he began playing on friends' kits and driving the employees at the local music store crazy on weekends. Finally, in 1994, with help from his parents, he got his very first drum set and spent the next few years driving them crazy instead.

    Drawing inspiration from influential bands such as Anthrax, Dream Theater, Fates Warning, and Tool, he has developed a powerful technical style defined by explosive precision, dynamic creativity, and masterful improvisation. His performances have earned comparisons to drum legends such as Danny Carey and Mike Portnoy.

    As the rhythmic backbone of the traditional metal band Warhog, Blake's precision, versatility, and creative approach drive the band's crushing sound. He seamlessly blends intricate technical patterns with hard-hitting grooves, delivering performances that are both technically impressive and deeply musical.

      Blake uses various types of Omete cymbals and also uses RL Drums octobans and snares.

    Blake’s unwavering dedication to his craft, paired with his innovative approach to drumming, makes him a standout artist — and he’s proud to be an official RL Drums and Omete Cymbals professional affiliate.






  • PETE FONDACARO


    Pete Fondacaro was gifted his first drum set in second grade and quickly developed a passion for music through classic rock. While playing throughout elementary and middle school, everything changed in eighth grade when he discovered Slipknot and found his passion for metal drumming. Since then, he has dedicated himself to improving every day. Along the way, Pete spent several years in marching band and developed a deep appreciation for jazz, expanding his musical versatility. Despite his diverse background, metal remains his greatest passion, with bands like Pantera, Metallica, Dream Theater, Slipknot, and Avenged Sevenfold continuing to inspire his playing. Now at only 15 years old, as an official RL Drums affiliate, Pete is committed to pushing his abilities, representing the brand, and continuing to grow as a musician.







  • MARCUS BUNKER

    Marcus Bunker has been chasing rhythm since age five, when he first climbed behind a drum kit and felt the spark that would follow him for life. By twelve he was rocking a CB700 kit, and at thirteen he made the call to level up—dialing in timing, groove, and musicianship with serious intent.He cut his teeth playing in churches, then exploded into every genre he could get his hands on: Christian, metal, yacht rock, country, jazz—you name it, Marcus played it. After a ten-year break from music, he came back at thirty with fire in his chest and sticks in his hands, inspired by legends like Rich Redmond,Jeff Porcaro,Taylor Hawkins,Dennis Chambers, and Billy Cobham.Since then, Marcus has tracked drums at Nicky D Sounds, laid down thunder with Tennessee band Lawless, and now drives the heartbeat of Southern rock band Six Gun.He proudly represents RL Drums and Omete Cymbals, two companies that welcomed him like family. Their craftsmanship, support, and commitment to real musicians make this partnership one he’s honored to carry forward as his journey continues to evolve.







  • WILLIAM CLARDY

    William Clardy is a multi‑instrumentalist whose passion for music kicked off just two and a half years ago on an electric kit donated by a family friend. From there, he leveled up on his brother’s drum set before finally getting a kit of his own — and he hasn’t slowed down since. Alongside drums, William picked up guitar two years ago and added bass to his arsenal last summer, building a foundation that makes him a versatile and well‑rounded musician. His drumming is fueled by inspirations like Travis Barker, Tre Cool, Joey Jordison, and Tim “Herb” Alexander, blending punk energy, precision, and creativity into his developing style. William is proud to represent RL Drums as an affiliate Endorser, grateful for the opportunity and ready to keep pushing forward in his musical journey.
