RL Drums octobans feature 1/4-inch-thick seamless acrylic shells, 45-degree bearing edges, chrome low-profile hoops, adjustable tom mounts that fit most L-arm stands, and chrome lugs. They are available in sizes ranging from 6"x6" to 6"x28" and 8"x8" to 8"x18". Unlike larger drums, octobans use shell length to change their pitch instead of diameter. This means longer shells produce deeper sounds, while shorter ones deliver sharper and more focused tones.

I am getting ready to take these 6x12 and 6x14 Octobans on the road. I have to say that, from the day I. ordered to the day the arrived.. I have never had a product arrive at my door as quick as RL Drums got these Octobans to me. I look to buying MORE RL drums and getting to know the staff behind these amazing products.
